MEASUREMENT GUIDELINES
If possible, have your measurements done by a tuxedo or formalwear shop. Most stores will perform this service for a nominal fee. We cannot be responsible for measurements provided by you or another shop that are not correct.
If you are unable to go to a local tuxedo or formalwear shop, you can opt to use our Mobile Tailor. Just fill out this form with all items marked with a red asterisk and include your shoe size. In the comment section write “Mobile Tailor”. We will send you a link via text message that will guide you through taking photographs of yourself that will then provide your body measurements to our team. It is easy and will save you a trip to a local store!
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Make plans to come to our shop for a fitting of your tuxedo/suit on the Wednesday, Thursday or Friday prior to the event unless you have requested that we have the tuxedo/suit shipped to you. We will do everything possible to make any necessary correction if there is a problem with the fit, but we do have to be made aware of any issues no later than Friday at 4:00 pm before the event.
Aurora Bridal will not be responsible for corrections, changes or issues (including fit issues, missing items, incorrect items, etc.) on rental garments tried on and/or picked up after 4:30 pm on Friday.
Your tuxedo/suit must be returned on the first day of business following the event. Tuxedo/suits returned late will incur a $25 per day late fee.
Garments not returned within fifteen days of the event date shall be deemed lost or stolen. Aurora Bridal may proceed against the above-named customer as they see fit for the full retail value of the rental apparel together with late fees.
An accidental damage waiver has been added to this order which relives the customer of liability for minor wear but does not cover theft, loss, malicious or non-repairable damage or water-soaked damage.
Aurora Bridal is not responsible for any private property left in a returned rental or garment bag.
PAYMENTS
A non-refundable service charge of $50 will be made on any order cancelled up to one month prior to the event date.
No refund will be given on any order cancelled within one month of the event date.
The full balance is due on any rental cancelled within ten days of the use date.
Orders changed within 10 days of the event date will be subject to a change order fee.
